✅ Return Period

  • Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • All products are eligible for return and refund.

  • Customized or personalized products are also eligible, but video proof of delivery/unboxing is mandatory.

📸 Proof Required

  • Customers must record an unboxing video at the time of delivery as proof for any return or exchange.

  • Without video proof, return/refund requests may be rejected.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is completely free. Customers do not have to pay any extra charges.

💳 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Customers can choose to exchange their product instead of taking a refund.

🛠️ Damaged / Wrong Product

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, you are eligible for a free return or exchange.
