At Mallland, we work hard to ensure that your orders are delivered to you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully.
1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Customized products may take extra time for processing (depending on the design and personalization).
2. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–6 business days, depending on your location.

Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, an additional charge may apply (if applicable).
4. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking details.

You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website or through our support.
5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.

If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, wrong contact number, or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
6. International Shipping

Currently, we deliver only within India. (If you plan to ship internationally later, this can be updated.)
7. Delays

While we try to deliver on time, delays may happen due to holidays, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Mallland will not be liable for such delays.
