At Mallland, we work hard to ensure that your orders are delivered to you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Customized products may take extra time for processing (depending on the design and personalization).

2. Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–6 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, an additional charge may apply (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking details.

  • You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website or through our support.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, wrong contact number, or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we deliver only within India. (If you plan to ship internationally later, this can be updated.)

7. Delays

  • While we try to deliver on time, delays may happen due to holidays, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Mallland will not be liable for such delays.
