• Mallland offers personalized and non-personalized products.

• Product images are for illustration purposes only. Slight variations in color, size, engraving, or finish may occur.

• Personalized products are created according to the information provided by the customer. Please ensure all names, spellings, and customization details are accurate before placing your order.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Orders will be processed only after successful payment or confirmation of Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.

• Any advance payment, partial payment, or token amount is non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled only before production or dispatch begins.

• Once a personalized product has entered production or has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

• If a customer refuses delivery or cancels the parcel after dispatch, no refund will be provided for any advance or partial payment made.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• A clear unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products.

• Claims without the required video proof may be rejected.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on the courier partner and destination.

• Mallland is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

• Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number.
